I hated this apartment complex for a variety of reasons Ill start off with saying that they will let anyone rent a unit here and within the first week here my car was broken into Huge red flag I stayed because I was stuck in a lease and the location was what I needed at the time The thing that really shook me was that when I moved into a move in ready updated unit there was no electric Not on Duke energies end but the entire wiring setup in apartment 107A was butchered I didnt have electric for the first week there until they finished rewiring everything the right way When I asked for a discount for not having electric they ignored my requestnThe WORST thing about this complex is the lack of privacy Being a young woman living alone I wanted to feel secure in my LOCKED apartment The maintenance man who looks like hes on hardcore drugs will come into your apartment without a written notice There was a time when I was in the shower and I didnt know anyone was in the apartment until he opened the bathroom door The worst part was he didnt leave until I started screaming He said he was there to spray for bugs but he didnt have any pesticides or equipmentnWhen I left the apartment complex they didnt return my deposit even though the apartment was spotless and probably in better condition when I left that before I moved in I wouldnt recommend anyone living there The Police are there often and the landlord Rodger is a total slumlord who has utter disregard for his tenants more ... hide ...
