Communication was excellent coming from the hotel I admit I was skeptical on what to expect going in but was very pleased with everything from start to finish Check in was simple they emailed me a few hours before check in with check in instructions There is no front desk here but the email was very clear on where to park how to get to the room entry and eve

Communication was excellent coming from the hotel I admit I was skeptical on what to expect going in but was very pleased with everything from start to finish Check in was simple they emailed me a few hours before check in with check in instructions There is no front desk here but the email was very clear on where to park how to get to the room entry and everything else The room was extremely clean when we arrived the bed was very comfortable the pool was clean and welcoming We didnt have much interaction with staff but the one woman we did talk to was very helpful and kindnThe hotel is in a great location not too far from beach access and very quiet All in all this was a great place to stay for the 5 days we were on n town We will be back next year Thank you Sun Island for a remarkable stay
