I applied a month ago Was denied saying i make too much even though overtime is not guaranteed I have now been waiting almost a month to get my refund when i was advised 23 weeks at most I have left multiple voicemails sent emails and the rentcafe hangs up on you when you ask for the corporate number I will be contacting my bank to see if they can dispute t 2021-01-21T18:31:02Z

A wonderful place to live Office staff is extremely helpful through every step of the process from applying to signing the lease They are prompt in responding to all your questions as a resident Maintenance is on top of any issues that come up Definitely the best rent price in town Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone

I posted a review the first day I walked into the office and now that I received the keys I would like to post a second review for the ladies in the office The assistant manager Lisa was very thorough and worked very hard to get all the required documents needed to get me in She ensure that the apartment was clean and ready for movein before any money was given she has very professional and deserves to be recognized The property manager I forgot her name but she was a very sweet lady and you could tell that she cares about the residence and the quality of the year apartment complex Moving forward I hope everything goes smoothly I have seen a lot of bad reviews on here however I have not seen any of the issues that are posted on here Thanks again ladies and I hope you are recognized for your hard work more ... hide ...
