I moved into Kenwood Place 2 12 years ago because the rent was affordable and the benefits of an exercise room business center with computers television room with comfortable chairs and a community room all accessible 24 hours a daynThat has all changed The amenity rooms are locked down at 8 PM daily and are locked holidays and weekends due to some womens fear of a homeless person getting in and sleeping in one of the abovementioned roomsnThis is an over 55 community bit those of us who are over 55 and still working normal business weekday business hours the amenities are locked up after 8 pm and holidays and weekendsnAll the reasons and amenities that I moved in for are closed off to me except normal business hours I am writing this on thanksgiving and I cannot get into the business center the community room the exercise room or the television roomnIt is time for me to start looking for another apartment more ... hide ...

Do not move out here They never fix anything Everything in the apartment breaks down including the stove the heater the AC and they have too many rules They never have an answer never answer the phones or door while they sit in the office They are unprofessional Its always a fight out there or broken glass everywhere Your children will not be able to play outside from all the trash out there on the ground or the neighbors cussing children The water is never hot in the bathrooms which means cold showers and baths Then it takes them monthd to fix something I had to beg for a dehumidifier from all the extra moisture in the apartment My things including furnitire started mildewing Mold was forming and they just cleaned it with bleach and painted over it Then when i moved they stated i didnt owe them anything but sent me a bill a month later stating that i owe them over 2400 and broke my lease There was no new lease agreement Then stated that i didnt pay for the month of December when i gave them a thirty day notice in Oct which meant i would be gone by 12116 They charged me for December This is after she told me i didnt owe anything I would go to an homeless shelter before i move out here Do not do it Oh lets not mention that the office manager forged my name on the documents stating that I agreed to paying the 2400 In which we had the same first name I made a police report and called the management company of the complex and stated that I was going to file an lawsuit and then all of a sudden it became a misunderstanding The place is a dump Again dont do it more ... hide ...
