They are full of s with this new office lady there I just moved out a few months ago when tesa was there and the new lady tells me that I couldnt get a apartment because I have an eviction on public records but it was thrown out I clearly says case dismissed Now mind you I left there in good standards and I have nothing on my credit and she still denied me F 2019-06-08T17:09:38Z

Extremely predatory practices If we were even 3 days late on rent they would put a notice of eviction on my mothers door yet somehow when our lease is over they magically dont care for 2 months and say we owe them two months rent for not telling them we were moving out even though my mother told them in person in July They are extremely sketchy have raised r 2021-09-09T15:23:33Z

I lived here back in college for a year in 2017 It was a great location to live Felt like you lived out in the country but a short drive from most things in Tally The dog park down the street might be the best dog park Ive ever lived by for walks with my dog However the dog park they actually have at the apartments was pretty mehnnThe reason Im giving it 3 stars is because the noise was pretty bad the walls were super thin I could hear the people above and below me Every apartment has that token A hole with a loud truck or car with cutoff exhaust who of course gets up at 4am and wakes everyone up The walls here did nothing to drown that noise outnnAlso after living at many other apartments I realized how much the staff enters your apartment here It felt like almost once a month there was something they needed to check inside the apartment It was so many times that its worth mentioning I remember once there was an appliance check and a lady and a man came in my apartment They didnt check any appliances They just snooped around my apartmentnnOther than that the staff was nice and maintenance always fixed things Its a great place for students to live Especially if you have a pet as the dog park down the road is phenomenal more ... hide ...
