I have lived here for 7 years I stayed because of property manager was fair but harsh at times but I appreciated her work For the most part the place is run down they had rats and termites they refuse to take care of but thats on the owners case Again I stayed because management was well and good So they brought in a new manager who decides to yell and tries 2022-06-18T17:33:54Z
I have lived here for 7 years I stayed because of property manager was fair but harsh at times but I appreciated her work For the most part the place is run down they had rats and termites they refuse to take care of but thats on the owners case Again I stayed because management was well and good So they brought in a new manager who decides to yell and tries to do better than the last manager who proceeds to call and yell again Ive been here for 7 years The treatment from management was worth saying that long and I would put up with it because you dont find good people like that But dont come here because I have pictures to show proof of termites they refuse to take care of leaks they refuse to take care of and a balcony that they never finish fixing which you can come look for yourself steer clear of this place the reviews that are here are from previous tenants who had great management By the way there was a shooting here Come and ask people still here trying to get out It this vacant for a reason Run more ... hide ...

IT IS THE WORST CONDOMINIUM TO LIVE the crane takes the cars of the tenants in my experience they have taken the car on two occasions I live here and this is my license and registration in the officenIF YOU RENT HERE YOU WILL KNOW THAT YOU WILL PAY THE CRANE EVERY TIME I TAKE YOUR CAR

1 year update this place is absolutely horrible Management does not care about its tenants prices are increasing by almost 40 which is inconsistent with the market Speaking of inconsistencies residents are being charged all sorts of varying rental costs for the same exact propertiesnnManagement fails to provide security there have been multiple shootings in 2022-08-15T12:30:15Z
1 year update this place is absolutely horrible Management does not care about its tenants prices are increasing by almost 40 which is inconsistent with the market Speaking of inconsistencies residents are being charged all sorts of varying rental costs for the same exact propertiesnnManagement fails to provide security there have been multiple shootings in our parking lot homeless people bathing in the pools blatant trash left by the very contractors management hires thrown around as a hazard See photosnnAlmost every building has at least 5 empty units and management is increasing rental prices to justify THEIR financial lossesnnI advise to steer clear of this neighborhood unless you want to have vagrants build a camp behind your unit or want to wake up to the sounds of gunshots ambulances police stupid car mufflers and ridiculously loud musicnnAs far as management they will be really nice to you until you attempt to exercise your rights as a tenant The moment you speak to your rights management immediately vilified your and they stop treating their tenants with respectnnI would give this place negative stars but their ONE saving grace their maintenance crew is not that badnnWith the exception of not picking up hazardous materials left aroundnnAbsolutely love this community Love the amenities the ease of access and the superior attention from Ana Toala She is the staplenOf this community She made the entire application process a breeze and is probably the gem of this community My only reason for my 4 star review is my apartment is next to a noisy intersection Besides that though the apartment is immaculate the Google Nest has helped me save on electricity and I LOVE the valet trash service Hands down an amazing community more ... hide ...
