If I could give negative 5 I would Worst complex in the history of complexes Management sucks they dont know how to manage a complex receptionist is no helpThey dont know how to answer the phonenThey are only supposed to be closed 1 day out of the week which is Wednesdays for the Monthly inspections Yes every single month they come in and inspect But they close the office several times a week Takes them forever to do a Simple work order If someone makes a complaint about you they give you a non compliance without even talking to you to get your side of it If there is a problem between 2 residents you better be the first one to the office or you will be the 1 to get written up Without them even getting your side of itThey are supposed to mediate I had to call code enforcement twice on them And if you dont know anything about resources like hud rules state laws or about code enforcement then your screwed hereThey have no compassion for the residents that live here There are residents here that they have left them with no hot water for weeks even months And that is a Direct Violation of your lease it is considered an emergency They are supposed to take care of hot water problems immediately I can write 10 pages on this complex I been here 14 yrs so I know very well how this complex is and how they treat people and if I could get out of this complex I would leave tomorrow Alot of ghetto people here neighbours are noisy dont know how to control their kids WORST COMPLEX EVERliving in Hell more ... hide ...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE My mother applied and was denied cuz she made 200 too little and they wouldnt help her with the apartment she did qualify for She offered to pay right there and HE STILL DIDNT WANT TO HELP I hope the man who was working in the office today July 29 2021 Gets FIRED The amount of disrespect she received is un unacceptable She was w 2021-07-29T21:52:07Z

Leave here for over 9 years never had any issue with my neighbors theyre always respectful with me The office staff always helps with any issue that you can possibly have Maintenance work its done really fast The apartments are really big inside and very comfortable the price for the space its really good They have a front gate pool its always clean and they 2021-09-21T21:06:06Z
