The only reason I lived here was the other option was homelessness I moved in while putting myself through college Young and naive I would soon learn you get what you pay for A drawer was missing from the kitchen took one year to fix The dishwasher broke every time we used it The carpet was dirty patched and missing trim When we put in maintenance orders it would take months for someone to show up and fix things haphazardly so it wasnt even worth it What they lacked in maintenance they made up for in monthly inspections of our homes with 12 hours notice Do you like animals No pets allowed but the garbage was overflowing weekly which attracted a colony of rats raccoons and other pests Our security guard sat stationary through the night while cars were stolen from our building Kids would often ride through on bikes pulling fire alarms sending us out onto the street for hours at night Police were there monthly responding to other disturbances All this and more motivated me to focus on my studies and get out of there It was with great joy that I informed them of my moving out immediately after getting my first job offer I needed to move out 20 days before my lease was up I asked if I should just pay the last month They told me that because I gave them 4 months notice I could move out a month early without fees 6 months after moving out I received a bill for 2100 for carpet cleaning and breaking the lease I informed them that 1 Florida landlords legally must replace the carpets inbetween tenants 2 I didnt break the lease because I gave them 4 months notice for leaving 20 days early I settled with the woman on the phone that I would just pay that last month of rent which equated my security deposit They kept my deposit and I thought this was a done deal a year ago Today I received notice that they turned me into a collection agency for the remaining 1600 putting my government job at risk These people are scammers who feed off societys most vulnerable May God have mercy on them

Very dissatisfied and disappointing to see management does not maintain the up keep of the property Doors to the buildings are not secured Lights around the property are out and completely pitch black at night which makes for dangerous happenings for the residents Corporate has had several complaints and do not respond to the needs of the residents Residents
