I have nothing but good things to say about this housing and its management This place is always clean Management is very responsive to the tenants needs Everyone is very polite and caring My mother is very happy to be a tenant at Dogwood Square complex

Do not waste your time or money applying here My partner and I submitted an application and despite being told our property screening would take up to 72 hours had absolutely no communication from the office for over two weeks If you try to call them for assistance it will automatically direct you to an offsite call center where the representatives are kind

Do not waste your time or money applying here My partner and I submitted an application and despite being told our property screening would take up to 72 hours had absolutely no communication from the office for over two weeks If you try to call them for assistance it will automatically direct you to an offsite call center where the representatives are kind and accommodating but cant give you any real answers about your application After six attempts to call them and being told a property manager would call me back which never happened I finally had to physically drive to the leasing office just to get an answer While speaking to the property manager I learned that we had automatically been put on a waitlist for the apartment we applied for despite the website giving no indication of a waitlist and three people were actually ahead of us to receive the apartment The website is incredibly misleading and says only one left when you apply for one of the apartments implying that you have a chance of getting it when you actually have no priority and will be put on a waitlist without your knowledge or consent And even if you do get approved for the apartment expect to wait an indefinite amount of time before anyone at all actually gets back to you and then maybe MAYBE you have a chance of getting the apartment Employees are polite and helpful but extremely difficult to get a hold of You wont be told any information unless you go out of your way to come in person I wasted two valuable weeks that could have been spent searching for better apartments This place is affordable yes but unreliable Dont apply here
