I have many reasons for 1 star but my biggest reasoning is the laundrynnThere are only a handful of laundry rooms The washing machines that arent taken are full and sitting with stagnant bugfilled water The dryers dont dry your clothes on the first round forcing you to spend your twice to ensure your clothes drynnBut the kicker In order to use these awful machines you must first reload your laundry card at a kiosk in the leasing office during office hours including 0 chance to reload on Sundays This was a nightmare during COVID when the doors remained locked and even now it is obvious that the staff is begrudgingly opening the doors again even keeping the doors locked during office hours The kiosk is cash only and doesnt take bills lower than 10 the lady at the front desk had a fun time laughing instead of explaining when I brought my card on my first visit then 1s and then 5s Fantastic customer service trulynnWe used to be able to do our laundry until 10pm which was a blessing with my work schedule However now theyve posted signs that say the rooms close at 8pm Behind the scenes though sometimes the guy who locks up wants an early day and will lock up at 7pm or 730pm If your clothes are in there and locked up you can grab them the next morning and you better say your hopes wishes and prayers that theyre dry overnightnnSomething needs to change because the amount of in rent that we pay should absolutely reflect at a bare minimum a decent way of living If you work a 95 and need a convenient place to do a basic chore on your off hours in the same residence that you sleep you are out of luck at Indigo more ... hide ...

I love this community so far landscaping is very nice ground is clean neighborhood is fairly quiet my neighbors are friendly management is nice especially Ms brown I would recommend these apartments so far so good

Dont move there I use to work there Theres certain rooms with mold in them sunken floors the leasing manager goes into the residents rooms and steal quick to argue with you about repairs you need done in your house Horrible place to live especially when youre old

Someone should manage the parking lots there was a junkie begging for your cash It was really difficult to shake him off If theres someone just standing around the parking lot be careful
