This place is HORRIBLE I have filed a complaint with the appropriate agency regarding my Dads stay there My Dad left there on February 19 2022 due to having a shortness of breath and when he pressed the call button TWICEno one came to check on him He then got out of bedand went to the doorway and no one checked on him He then called 911 from his cell phone a

This place is HORRIBLE I have filed a complaint with the appropriate agency regarding my Dads stay there My Dad left there on February 19 2022 due to having a shortness of breath and when he pressed the call button TWICEno one came to check on him He then got out of bedand went to the doorway and no one checked on him He then called 911 from his cell phone and the 911 operator asked him the address and he did not know it and at that time a nurse appeared so he asked her for the address and she told him to google it He then called me and I rushed there and had to ask ask them to call the ambulance and from there he was taken to the hospital and admitted Now they sent a bill for 397 and I called my Dads insurance company and I just told today that when the insurance company called yesterday he was told to call back after 3pm today When the insurance company called them today he said some lady name Jasmine was rude and that no one from the billing office is available What kind of place is this You send out bills but you dont want to speak with the insurance company regarding the bill YOU sent I give this place ZERO stars I had to select a star in order to post this

I recently moved to GA from New York looking for an apartment and I am glad to call this my homenI had a really great experience touring The Platform I have highly considered making it my home The property is breath taking On top of that my leasing agent Ebony was incredible She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable She put me at ease by answering all of my questions The gentleman that I have toured the apartment with was also super friendly but sadly I didnt catch his name Regardless he was amazing My time there showed me that this apartment complex would be a beautiful place to call home with its beautiful lay out and astounding staff

This is the worst place in the history of worst places I came here in need of a place to call home When you walk in everything is indeed renovated but its what is behind the walls that gets you once you are moved in I live on the first floor and this place is roach infested Nats fly around All types of other bugs get into my house I have only been here 6 mon

This is the worst place in the history of worst places I came here in need of a place to call home When you walk in everything is indeed renovated but its what is behind the walls that gets you once you are moved in I live on the first floor and this place is roach infested Nats fly around All types of other bugs get into my house I have only been here 6 months and I am getting ready to leave this place You really do get what you pay for Do not let the specials and the renovations bring you to the place This is not a place to call home I have a 1 year old son He is constantly sick And not to mention now I just discovered I have mold growing on my shoes in my closet This place is unprofessional Its hood and it doesnt not belong on this side of Cascade I would never recommend this place to anyone I have reached out to corporate no response I have been complaining to the leasing office since I moved in Air conditioning has leaked bad 3 times I have been in here in 6 months I hate to even cook in my kitchen because of roaches I am barely at home The only reason why I continue to pay rent is because I have a son that needs A home I will be moving at the end of the month and I am so happy to be moving out of this dump Please dont waste your time This is the worst apartment complex I have ever moved in
