Lived here for about 3 years SO thankful to be leaving I have stayed in 3 apartments here my first one was amazing It was well kept and didnt have many bugs My second was okay wasnt as well kept But this third one that they transferred me to a year ago has been a mess from the jump The bugs are crazyyyy here So many bugs and different types of bugs extermina 2022-06-07T02:14:07Z
Lived here for about 3 years SO thankful to be leaving I have stayed in 3 apartments here my first one was amazing It was well kept and didnt have many bugs My second was okay wasnt as well kept But this third one that they transferred me to a year ago has been a mess from the jump The bugs are crazyyyy here So many bugs and different types of bugs exterminators dont really help Carpet lifting in multiple places since I got here AC Vent is detached from wall Lots of lifting cracks and crevices that bugs love to come in and out from Two times I had a leak from the ceiling in my bathroom where it got all of my bathroom stuff wet Nothing was done to accommodate me for the inconvenience The maintenance team is great They work really hard but it is only so much they can do for an OLD place that is not getting proper upkeep My apartment was falling apart from the jump I CANNOT WAIT TIL MY LEASE IS UP more ... hide ...

Henderson Place apartments while looking a little rough around the edges is a wellmaintained cared for community nestled between downtown Atlanta and little 5 points I applied to move into this community visiting it a few times and talking with Antonio the current office manager at length He is positive friendly and professional He made sure all units were fully clean and uptodate before showing them worked with my erratic schedule was welcoming and very clear in assisting with the application process which was pretty swift and was very understanding when at last I had a situation in which I for now ended up having to move elsewherennI am writing this as a visitor to this community now but I a young woman lived nearly on the same roadwithin 5 minutes walking distance to this community before and always found the neighborhood to be bustling and usually friendlybeing very close to an Elementary School and a senior center it is as family friendly as any budgetconscious community in Atlanta isI felt ok there and like the current staff is doing everything it can to make the community an excellent place to live for the budget conscious I would absolutely rent there if my current situation had turned out differently and possibly will rent there sometime in the futureif others who also have limited income seeing this review dont rush in to get the last reasonablypriced units more ... hide ...
