I have lived here 4 yearsso glad to finally be moving In the beginning it was nicebut as management begin to constantly change so did things begin to change roaches begin to appearand they have been through so much office staff I can no longer keep count No one knows whats going on when you call or try to follow up about an issue Only thing that has been consistent with this property is them taking my rent every month whether someone in the office or not The apartment itself is okaya lot of kids with no manners that hang out everywherehowever it is a very safe environment if you have to leave your children alone at times The apartments hold a lot of dustand you cant clean your walls due to the cheap paint on them The pool is never opened for realand the fitness center is super whack I wouldnt recommend these apartment to anyone at this point more ... hide ...

Ive had the worst experience Im relocating from Alabama I was told to come in do my application in December I went in and never received a call about the status I then called and checked I was told I was approved and that due to the holidays the process was pushed back called back in January new year and was told to call another day I called back and now I was told to look for another place to stay in such short notice Now I cant seem to reach no one Ive paid for me and my daughter application fees and was approved now I have to find someone else to go without no understanding more ... hide ...

I lived at the Residence at CityCenter for 2 years from 2019 to 2021 and had a good experience overall The location great as it is very close to a MARTA station and within walking distance of Centennial Olympic park The maintenance staff is phenomenal definitely the best I have experienced thus far Within the office staff Candyce is great and tries to help a 2021-06-30T16:23:47Z

Maintenance is the worst Lionel will take work orders personal and literally is the only maintenance man for the entire complex You would think property managers would hire more competent maintenance workers due to the property being so old and out dated Repairs can take up to a year to be completed You will experience multiple floodsas I have and most times 2019-04-17T21:45:04Z
Maintenance is the worst Lionel will take work orders personal and literally is the only maintenance man for the entire complex You would think property managers would hire more competent maintenance workers due to the property being so old and out dated Repairs can take up to a year to be completed You will experience multiple floodsas I have and most times theres no urgency to get them fixedWhen they are fixed it is poorly done You WILL experience your AC not working at least oneall units are older Ms Clarissa does the BEST she can given the circumstances but I have experienced a lot of error when it comes to paying rent online the amount changes to charges not listed on lease Easy fix its just very hard getting in contact with someone in office You wont get any response to an email so dont even bother I do enjoy the convenience of the location However Please dont send Lionel to my apartment anymore Please hire more professional maintenance staff it will make things so much better more ... hide ...

Thank God for affordable living and thank God for Mr Russell and AHA Its the people not the establishment thatll ruin it for you smh oh well
