Do not move here unless this a last option Second time my shower has broke since living here they have taken over 2 weeks to complete the job both times Outside of the shower there is constant noise over top of my apartment which is completely frustrating for my roommate I Maintenance is terrible why is 24 hour emergency maintenance an option if it doesnt even work The only thing they care about is receiving their money This place is literally the pits From cars being broke into daily to not being able to access your own apartment after maintenance decides that they are going to mess up your lock not say anything until you approach it Yes my roommate I were locked out for a night due to maintenance going in leaving back out while fixing an issue when we were gone then going back to find out the lock was jammed but didnt report it to anybodynnTruly regret renewing the lease here Before settling with this place please make sure all your other options are a no go for sure This isnt what you want when youre paying your hard earned money to a building and they dont care much about their residents If I could give 0 stars thats definitely what I would give Hope my review is helpful for anyone who is 5050 about moving here You might want to explore your other options more ... hide ...

EDIT per below theyre looking into it and no one has reached out to help me secure a place Their responses are just to make it look like theyre dealing with the problem without actually changing anythingnnIve been trying to contact their leasing office and Angel is completely unhelpful It took me forever to actually get on the phone with a real person because no one ever picks up and when I finally got in contact with Angel she just told me to come back to the site every day to check for openings I asked if she knew when leases were up since most places know at around 60 days whether people are moving out she said she had never heard of that system I started checking daily and saw something come available and tried to schedule a virtual tour because Im not in Atlanta currently but their scheduling window only lets you book physical tours Tried to call them multiple times and email them to have someone help me set up a virtual tour and no response If this is how they treat someone trying to sign a lease I cant imagine how unresponsive they must be once they already have you in a lease more ... hide ...

I am truly satisfied with being a resident a Centennial Place I have lived on property for 7 years Although there have been changes I have been please and there has not been any major issues with me Anytime I have had an issue I have been able to voice my concern and get it handled I am not just living here this is my home and my community where I choose to 2022-05-25T18:50:59Z
I am truly satisfied with being a resident a Centennial Place I have lived on property for 7 years Although there have been changes I have been please and there has not been any major issues with me Anytime I have had an issue I have been able to voice my concern and get it handled I am not just living here this is my home and my community where I choose to raise my children so I speak up for what I need and make myself knownnErica and I have been through it with this transfer where I was extremely frustrated at times however I had to trust the process and it is now complete Thank you for communicating every step for understanding my frustration and for getting this move donennI love the area and wouldnt move unless forced Very convenient for my life Traffic is the only thing that sucks mainly because people do not know where they are going but hey it is a tourist location more ... hide ...

This place is terrible for the elderly They have rats and roaches in the apartments It is bad and no one will help Its so bad the next step is calling the news
