This was my home for 6 years well almost 6 years come February no holes no abandoned apartment this is where I cooked big dinners for my boys and friends and family I may not have been the best of person growing up but I made sure I took care of home and my babies it hurts like hell what happened but hey its life I dont understand why when I moved out of Villa Marie Ms Kim Lind had the maintenance men cut holes in the walls they damage the apartment so bad that she is saying I now owe 117600 to them and I cant understand how the day I moved out the maintenance man called me and said Im sorry but Kim had us to cut holes in the walls and do other things to your unit I have pictures of the apartment Im sending them to you and he did Monday afternoon I called Mrs Kim Lind and ask her how do I owe you anything her exact words were and I quote one way you gone pay it or your not going to be living anywhere else and I instantly started crying bc of my babies and I felt so angry ND wanted revenge but instead I told her Im coming to talk to you in person with a officer so I can make a report I get there waited for a Richmond county deputy to show up and when he did I explained to him what happened and showed him the pictures and how my home looked before I left there we went inside and Mr Eddie Polk was there and Ms Wanda was in the office now remind you Mr Eddie has been out due to illness of his own so he is unaware of the even that took place the officer asked Mrs Kim Lind about what happened immediately she says I was unaware of them cutting holes in the walls but I walked nd did the exit interview myself so that is placing her in unit 3801 when this happens so she knows that she had them cut holes and damage the apartment unit I immediately asked her where is the maintenance man can she call for him to come so that I can get this cleared up by showing him yea I was sent these photos and I was called about the holes in the unit she goes into predator mode and say Ms Walker you verbally threatened me so if I see you on this property I will charge you with criminal trespassing now anyone that knows me know I have a couple ppl who is family that also stay out there and one of them is a lady who I call grandma Dora I go help her all the time and also I have my God mom and brother who stay out there so she tells me I cant talk to none of them or else so I then walked out of the office and asked the officer can he write my report so that I can go take my sister back home as Im walking out Mrs Kim is calling my name and saying all types of things I wanted to turn around and argue but this time I walked away and held my head high and called my boys TJ and Tyson lets go they say moma l I want to stay home and I told them baby we gone find another home tell your friends see them later and the officer gave me my case number and I left crying harder then I ever cried bc this was my home Im leaving this is where I became a woman at this is where you seen me walking with my 2 boys with groceries this where you seen me playing football with the kids in the neighborhood and encouraging them to be good and stay in school and now its all gone in a blink of an eye I dont understand why ppl are evil and dont want to do right but the God I serve he sits high and looks low and no weapon formed against me shall prosper I dont know what else to do only thing I know is to keep faith and walk with my head high I dont know who to contact about this but I will not let Kim Lind get away with this like she got away with doing alot of other things to other families that lived and currently living in Villa Marie Apartments off Deans Bridge Rd I pray someone help me and help those that lives there and something be done about this bc this isnt right nor should a person with that type of mindset be over families who depend on assistance from Hud I just wanted to share my story in hopes that I will get over this sleepless nights praying hard crying daily but I know Im blessed PLEASE SHARE SHARE more ... hide ...

leasing office staff wont say it but this is section 8 apartments n the waiting list will always be full and they will never go for someone not on the section 8 list because the gov pays them more the lying lady wouldnt even tell the maximum income but the books they like to hide tells what the maximum income is they also dont pick up their phones ever This 2022-02-01T15:33:48Z

This place has gone way bad even with the New owner and manager No air in my home for 2 12 half months They need to be investigated and The HUD people for not doing they job years ago on these issues in this place Having to fight management to get things done Then they never ever clear stairs in back of the building closer to the Cummings st its just a 2022-05-03T10:51:56Z
