Its been nearly two years since submitting my application for an apartment at Freedoms path of Augusta Although I was quote unquote approved Im still sleeping in and out of my car and hotels to no avail Seems to be the going thing with nonprofits taking your money for an application fee and never heard from again I have over 20 applications across America totaling over 1000 in application fees for nonprofits like this What Ive learned all of this help house a Vet Hoopla is just a smoke screen with no real help intended Anytime you tag Vet to something money grants and donations flow in Most of these places are manned by hoodlums that fill units with everybody under Gods shiny Sun except actual Veterans Would not be surprised if there was someone or somebody purporting to be a veteran living off of my credentials Check out my complaint on Ripoff Report oh so you can make an informed decision
