I lived in those apartments for a year My overall experience was alright I became acquainted with the maintenance staff so I never had any issues with that My gripe with this property is that I lived there for exactly 1 year was NEVER late with my rent never had any complaints from or problem with neighbors I even got cool with the Hispanic chick who work in 2022-03-31T13:13:10Z
I lived in those apartments for a year My overall experience was alright I became acquainted with the maintenance staff so I never had any issues with that My gripe with this property is that I lived there for exactly 1 year was NEVER late with my rent never had any complaints from or problem with neighbors I even got cool with the Hispanic chick who work in the rent office When I moved out I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and left it pristine condition so when it came time to get my security deposit back I knew there wouldnt be an issue Well this May will make 1 year since Ive been gone and I have yet to get my security deposit back Ive called SEVERAL times just for them to take my name and number and NEVER get back to me Ive even called corporate and I thought for a second that that had an impact on the situation but NOPE Still waiting Times are hard and moneys tight and that security deposit would REALLY come in handy right about now Its MY MONEY and I want it now Idk what else to do any suggestions guys more ... hide ...

This apartments are trash the management is the worst part they change management so often They are unprofessional and rude I would not recommend anyone to move here The apartments are old and ran down and their maintenance crew doesnt know how to fix stuff is trash everywhere They are bullies in the office they will lie to you and they dont work with you Iv 2022-07-25T16:03:31Z
