I absolutely love everyone here at Avonlea Highlands Office staff is always very welcoming and available for any questions or concerns you may have Maintenance is always very responsive to any issue that may arise and the grounds are kept very well One of my favorite aspects of living here aside from location are the community events scheduled a few times every month There arent many apartments that really give you a sense of community the way everyone here does They really listen to residents use that feedback to make living at Avonlea a great experience while youre here Monthly events are always changing to what people here want to do Which is a great way to keep everyone engaged socialized with other residents From newly renovated apartments to amazing location phenomenal staff maintenance I will be so heartbroken when I leave I so highly recommend everyone that wants to live in a nice community to come here because you will fall in love from the moment you come more ... hide ...

I contacted Letty the property manager to discuss available on April 4th She told me she had several apartments available so I went to look at the one she was showing at the time I paid 90 for an application fee and was approved to move in I had discussed with her on several occasions that my current lease was through May 31st We had agreed on me coming on M 2019-05-16T15:50:14Z
I contacted Letty the property manager to discuss available on April 4th She told me she had several apartments available so I went to look at the one she was showing at the time I paid 90 for an application fee and was approved to move in I had discussed with her on several occasions that my current lease was through May 31st We had agreed on me coming on May 30th to sign the lease and she was to call me once the contractors were done with the apartment so I could come take a look at the actual apartment that I was going to be moving into I told her several times that I had to be out of my current apartment before June 1st and she assured me that it would be ready in time I ended up calling her on May 14th when I had not heard from her yet to see if it was ready to be viewed She then tells me that it would not be ready until June 30th because the first contractor couldnt finish it for some reason and they had to find another contractor to complete the job and they had not even started on that unit yet I asked why she did not call me to let me know this so that I could have made other arrangements Her response was well Im letting you know now I was very upset to say the least she then tells me that she was at a restaurant and did not want to discuss it while she was there and that she would give me a call back when she returned to the office Needless to say she has not bothered to call me back The management at this development is completely unprofessional and is below standards for even the lowest living conditions more ... hide ...
