July 29 2021 This has been going on for several hours past 5pm so Its after close of regular business hours Its after 930 pm approaching 10 pm and the apartment above me is getting worked on by a maintenance crew with loud hammering I was informed by security To prepare it for a move in probably for the first of August I was informed a new policy in place a noise complaint can not be considered before 11pm Its loud and very annoying I suffer from migraine headaches and I am a disabled Army Veteran a quiet resident I pay my rent in advance of the first Timely every month for three years I renewed my lease for two more years prior to March of this year to lock in a reasonable rental cost This evening is very disappointing The rent went up during the pandemic and this was very disappointing although we did not have access to amenities that came with this luxury apartment environment I understand the pandemic played a role to non access but I feel like the rent should not have gone up to accommodate My neighbors have never complained about me Because I have never given them a reason to complain and I take very good care of my apartment and am very considerate of my neighbors I think I deserve more courtesy than this and should have been at least notified in advance To be honest I think this is a rush to prepare the apartment at such late hours after business hours Again very disappointing more ... hide ...
