I moved in a couple of months ago Its not a bad apartment complex but it is older and has some plumbing issues that maintenance hasnt bothered to take care of Its also right in between two other complexes that are horrible Theres a terrible parking issue if it wasnt for that I would have given 4 stars I can not leave my apartment without losing my parking s 2022-01-02T22:27:19Z
I moved in a couple of months ago Its not a bad apartment complex but it is older and has some plumbing issues that maintenance hasnt bothered to take care of Its also right in between two other complexes that are horrible Theres a terrible parking issue if it wasnt for that I would have given 4 stars I can not leave my apartment without losing my parking space at any given time Ive left for 30 minutes and couldnt park anywhere near my building I also cant have any guests they have no where to park As a matter of fact my car almost got towed because it was parked in back but I am single and just came back with a load of groceries Its unfair that I pay the same amount of rent as everyone else and neither I nor my guests can park anywhere in front of the building They either need to assign parking or make room for more spaces which I am assuming they will never do Any available space after leaving is going to be a NICE walk Definitely not renewing more ... hide ...

Leasing office manager Lala is very rude and racism and she doesnt let you to explain the problem which I have in my apartment because my Air condition doesnt work for last one month and keep going to her office First she tell me that I am busy wait outside then I wait for 20 minutes outside then when I go inside her office she keeps saying dont get close to 2022-04-11T16:51:42Z

I dont recommend living here at all The office staff are very rude and dont know how to talk to people if you call them to report something they just sound so rude like they dont want to talk to you The maintenance is also a problem Ive called so many times about issues in my apartment and Ive been told theyd call the maintenance to come and take a look up a few months ago nothing my refrigerator is having issues and my food inside of it is spoiling they simply told me that only one maintenance guy was there and that I should to replace it but I dont think thats my job to replace it They cant expect people to pay rent but are rude and dont fix stuff when its an emergency the amount you pay for living here isnt even worth it The previous management was better than this and the crime rates in this area is just no more ... hide ...
