I just moved here they are newly renovated inside seems like they are trying to do the same for the outside and very quick The prices are reasonablenPet friendly staff is amazing neighbors are pretty nice especially since the renovations which of course comes with a price difference which weeds out the the bad ones Overall 1010 would definitely recommend

They dont answer the office phone at all I recently moved back to the Atlanta area and was calling to see if they were leasing but they dont answer the phone As far as the apartments themselves I would give them a 5 Great place and great community I grew up in the area and lived at Spring Pointe when I first moved to GA at the age of 12
