This new company is horrible The grounds are not kept as often as they should supposed to be a gated community but they dont close them and we pay for a gated community thats in their advertisement I have requested an URGENT maintenance request for over a month Ive called gone down twice and submitted it in the portal They still have not come and its a safet 2022-06-28T12:25:48Z
This new company is horrible The grounds are not kept as often as they should supposed to be a gated community but they dont close them and we pay for a gated community thats in their advertisement I have requested an URGENT maintenance request for over a month Ive called gone down twice and submitted it in the portal They still have not come and its a safety issue which could be life threatening I called Housing code on Friday Lets see how long it takes them to fix it now I have given them the benefit of doubt but these people dont care about the safety of their residents it clearly shows I have been a resident in this complex over 20 years and this place has fallen apart Ill go to the office again this morning so they can see Im still worried about my work order not being completed more ... hide ...

These apartments are so spacious and very convenient to everything Ive always loved the location Ive stayed here for years but I especially love Mimi and Marcus theyre so pleasant and they always answer all of my questions and anytime I have a maintenance issue they get it done in a timely manner a great place to stay

Inside apartments are nice the outside needs a lot of attention The breezeway is nasty with trash and the walls has graffiti Ive been here 6 months and very disappointed and thinking of breaking my lease If I could give no stars I would I had to edit my review because I dont want anybody else to experience this disaster

I applied here in April and was denied I was told application fee is nonrefundable which Im fine with but the admin fee is refundable and Ive been trying for 2 months to get my money back The check was originally mailed to the incorrect address than lady in office kept telling me she would call back once check was returned Never got the call and everytime I 2022-06-06T18:57:40Z
