This place is terrible DONT MOVE HERE They charge you for pest control yet there are ants all around my apartment in every single room Crawling everywhere and they dont do anything about it The shower water pressure is pathetic They paint over your cabinets and the paint is peeling everywhere They recently painted the outside of the apartment to make it look 2022-08-05T20:31:59Z

My girlfriend and I moved to District at Duluth this past weekend I just want to thanks Anthony for all that he has done over the past 2 months If it wasnt for him we wouldnt have been able to move in He even had our move in date changed to better accommodate usnnAs far as the apartment complex goes this is the most luxurious apartment complex I have toured 2022-06-07T12:17:10Z

My mom and sister lived here for 3 years Their dishwasher leaked several times and maintenance was not able to fix it They ordered a new one in March but It never came in My sister did not have a dishwasher for 6 months still was not fixed when she moved out The apartment was infested with roaches Exterminator was not allowed in the building due to the 2020-10-09T11:27:09Z

I have lived here for over three years I will say two things about this community the leasing office team GENUINELY cares about their tenants and the MAINTENANCE team kicks azz They show up They are attentive they check up on you they FAITHFULLY try and keep the front of the community clean because our dumpster is there and often times it gets jammed and trash builds up outside the dumpster but they are on it to ensure thats not the first thing people see when coming home or leaving They dont make you feel like you are getting on their nerves and they actually smile and wave when they are on the carts getting through their busy days I rock with this team because they care So THANK YOU Signature at Sugarloaf Team for being a team thats consistent in your day to day with your tenants And I dont even write reviews but I know businesses get a lot of bad things mentioned to and about them so heres something GREAT I wanted to take the time to sharenSP more ... hide ...

Went there to fill out a application the leasing consultant did not want to help me kept denying me until the manager told her to go ahead and fill out the paperwork because I had money orders needless to say Ive waited four days for an answer they signed me up for the money pay app and it continued to ask me for my money and I paid it and then when I called 2022-03-08T17:35:20Z
Went there to fill out a application the leasing consultant did not want to help me kept denying me until the manager told her to go ahead and fill out the paperwork because I had money orders needless to say Ive waited four days for an answer they signed me up for the money pay app and it continued to ask me for my money and I paid it and then when I called they told me that something was wrong with my application that I did not fill out someone else in the office filled out for me so it was a typo on their part and so they took my money order and the extra money that I had paid told me they were going to refund me and send it back to me the lady had a whole attitude and was cutting me off as I was trying to talk but I take pictures and proof of everything I will be finding someone above them to talk to because thats just unacceptable you do not treat someone like that and I pray to God they didnt mess up my application on purpose because she didnt want to do it more ... hide ...

I recently read a scathing and bloodthirsty review on this website that caused a great deal of personal concern for meokayin the interest of full disclosure and total honesty please allow me to amend the preceding statementit totally INFURIATED me Thank you I feel better nownnI have experienced the total joy of living at Main Street Breckinridge for over one year now and I consider the decision to move here to clearly be one of the most totally blessed choices that I have made in my entire 73 years on the planetnnWhen I made the choice to find a place where I can spend my golden years my son and I did extensive research and toured a great many senior communities in the Atlanta area However the search ended rather abruptly when we toured the Main Street Breckinridge community and met with the staff memberswe both knew there was no need whatsoever to look any further the search had officially endednnAt this point I must admit that the management staff here had absolutely no idea what kind of a challenge they were facing when they welcomed me into the communitynnThe last 20 years my career has required me to spend the vast majority of my life on the roaddespite my love for travel there is a down sideloneliness and total social isolation coming from being alone with little or no substantial social contact After losing my wife to cancer there was literally no point in spending time at homehence I would stay on the road 37 months at a time and then make a brief pit stop at home to take care of business Clearly any social skills I may have had in the past were long gone and forgottenresulting in my becoming someone very fearful of and avoiding at all costs any type of social interactionsnnThankfully the staff and management here proved to be totally capable of overcoming any such shyness or social awkwardness They take pride in getting folks together to get to know their neighbors and to make such social events totally fun and something that we all look forward tonnThe first such social gettogether came up in a very short time after my arrival After taking several deep breaths and sincerely hoping for the best I bravely went downstairs to partake in the festivities After eating a hearty meal something Im still good at we went to the game room for some friendly competition via skill games something Ive NEVER been good at Today it was a beanbag accuracy toss challenge Well as I expected I did terribly After several return attempts of frequently missing the entire boardlet alone hitting the actual target I turned to face all my neighbors watching from the sidelines and laughingly said Okay folks you gotta admitwhat I lack in skill I most certainly make up for in my total ineptness Sure it was a cornball linebut they all loved it Eventually I did FINALLY hit the target which immediately resulted in cheers applause and lots of smiles This told me a lot about my truly wonderful new neighborsnnThese events show a great deal about whats in the hearts of the staff members The joy on Dees face when she lovingly coaxes someone who traditionally sits on the sidelines in social situations onto the dance floorwith walker and all The giddy and rambunctious laughter and fun that ensues when Pam boogies down with residents on the dance floornnFor Emma and her wonderful staff this is a clearly not a job or selfserving career for these caring individualsit is their entire life and their beingto serve and bring joy to people like usnnIn closing I can joyously state that Main Street Breckinridge will be my lifelong home I cant imagine spending my remaining years decades anywhere else Many seniors reminisce about precious highlights and memories from their past but quite frankly I truly consider my life here surrounded by caring and loving peopleI consider THIS the best time of my lifennClick on my face at top of review for fun pictures from our last Disco Party more ... hide ...
