This place is quiet and very clean place to live and raise kids The schools are near and its very pleasant Great landlord and maintenance personnel too My family and i enjoy living here

Hi the apartments are very nice but they have a very bad mold issue and noone seems to want to address the problem The steps have soft spots in them no matter how much I spray the spiders and other small bugs keep reappearing the molding around the toilet and shower is very loose The closet door handles wont stay on The wood like floors and walls sweat 2021-10-01T19:00:15Z

This place is not a good place to live if u have kids because I lived there for three years and the reason Im not living there no more is bc I got evicted for the emergency string get pulled by accident two nights in a row because the grandkids age 110 were playing around it and a lot of people up there are gossipers and if they dont like u they will spread 2018-08-10T20:49:22Z

We have wonderful neighbors who check on each other Our maintenance person Xavier is friendly and tries to get emergency maintenance as soon as possible If its nonemergency then might take few days I just came in about 2 weeks ago at almost midnight and had 2 water in laundry room He and our manager were here in less than 15 minutes They worked several hours 2019-04-23T01:14:11Z
