my boyfriend and i lived here for a year the last few months we were left with no way to contact the office no one was there during business hours and all the phones were disconnected even the emergency maintenance line was disconnected we had an issue with our drain that we never got fixed because we couldnt reach anyone the pool never opened because they needed to get a working lock they said it would take a week but the whole summer went by with no pool access when i dropped of my letter informing them we would not be renewing our lease they lost it they kept sending us paperwork about renewing so i went in almost a month after the original letter was turned in and reminded them of the letter i sat as they looked for it everywhere and they told me there was no trace of a letter from us i brought in another letter and made sure i got a copy our whole experience as residents here consisted of trying to get a hold of management and then management never fixing our issues our neighbors were the only good thing about this place more ... hide ...
