We left April 2020 after renting a 3 bedroom apartment there for 3 years never had an issue that was not resolved promptly Move in went smoothly Amanda is amazing she is a caring kind and compassionate human being she is truly an asset to this company and I hope they realize this Maintenance Brian was always friendly and requests were processed and our issue was fixed in a timely manner usually within a few days I was always able to call the office and speak with someone friendly They answer the phones and if not available when you call return your calls promptly or leave you a friendly message Office visits were the same greeted with a friendly Amanda or Cheyanne We lived in building 200 had a few noisy kids but that is to be expected with apartment living the breezeway was clean no loitering noted no bugs roaches which was the reason we hastily moved here from Harris Bridges infested apartment within 2 weeks after moving in I can honestly say for never living in an apartment before we had a pleasant experience would definitely approve of friends family moving into this complex in Hiram Thanks Residential Company for hiring competent caring staff and treating tenants like human beings not just a rent account more ... hide ...
