I applied for a cottage in 2016 I never got s call and when I checked in 2017 was told there were know availabilities I have been waiting 7 years for a call There are people who has gotten a cottage who applied in 2018 and 2019 I would like to know what happened to my name Gloria K Dowdy

This complex needs to be shut down immediately All apartments have growing mold Appliances are roach infested They dont respond to your maintenance issues My mom has been staying here for 3 years and has never had heat AC and a working stove The worst part of it is that her apartment flooded last year with other peoples sewage that included feces outside and 2018-08-17T14:52:14Z
This complex needs to be shut down immediately All apartments have growing mold Appliances are roach infested They dont respond to your maintenance issues My mom has been staying here for 3 years and has never had heat AC and a working stove The worst part of it is that her apartment flooded last year with other peoples sewage that included feces outside and inside They never came to restore her apartment Her sinks clogs up with the top apartment toilet water and sink water whenever the person above her uses it The maintenance man even stole something out her apartment one time Her cabinets are full of mold due to apartment above flooding There are only 2 working outlets in the whole apartment Management is rude and unorganized and be setting appointments with her when they know they going to be out of office so they can say she did not come and make her pay rent for a apartment which is in hazardous living conditions Beware more ... hide ...

My daughter rented a unit here recently and when I say the unit she moved in was very nasty I could not believe such filthyness They had her sign all paperwork before she did her walk through and by law this kind of behavior is unacceptable The walls was not painted and the carpet was not cleaned however the office rep advised her that she had already billed 2020-06-04T15:30:16Z
