Only reason Im giving one star is because I have to my son moved in them knowing the apartment had bed bugs before when they moved in we had throw out a brand new bed and get another one they treated one time well they still had them so they tried to make them pay it was in farmed a couple times they finally went treated again then went looked for a 2 time L 2021-12-27T18:12:56Z
Only reason Im giving one star is because I have to my son moved in them knowing the apartment had bed bugs before when they moved in we had throw out a brand new bed and get another one they treated one time well they still had them so they tried to make them pay it was in farmed a couple times they finally went treated again then went looked for a 2 time Long story short they did not do the right thing and get rid of them they had to throw their living room suit out and other things Witch myself they should of paid for I have pictures of the bites on their kids witch could cause health problems and the things had to get thrown out And of the bugs They are very unprofessional They not understanding they did not care that my daughter in law was in the hospital due to early labor while they was dealing with this issue I will be contacting the health department more ... hide ...

The place is crawling with roaches On summer nights after the landscaping is done you can sit outside with your friends and watch them crawl all over the side walk towards your front door and vehicles like a wave rolling in from the ocean Mice have infested many units and several units are now being treated for bed begs at owners expense If you have children dont be deceived They are not allowed to ride bicycles rollerblade rollerskate and any ball playing If it sounds unreal just read the sign as you come in I wont even begin with the question of drug activity or the times we have come out to several officers indicating we should go back in as they cover both back and front doors of their units holding their hands on over their weapons Now thats just the environment lets talk about the people Most and I say most because you cant say everyone are friendly and very helpful The children play together well there is a very small park out back with a swing and monkey bars Sorry no toddler swing It also has a streetlight Trash is collected once a week and if you ever have a issue police or fire are less than 2 min away usually Ambulance may take longer due to our local station being moved all the way to the hospital now instead of hear the police station and they may be out on a call The police are really great and so are medical services I havent mentioned fire because the other two get her quicker The walls are thin so what ever happens outside you will know Also its a town house apartment so you will know every time you neighbor runs up and down stairs hits a wall hangs something takes a shower whatever Its apartment life This place is great to catch you breath take a moment save up to get a place and move one If it wasnt for the vermin And it has become a really big problem They are in the walls the ceilings and they only spray every other apartment every month so the bugs literally run from your neighbors house to yours Apparently over 700 a month per unit isnt enough income to treat each individual apartment every month so we are on a budget treatment plan The company that owns the apartments owns ever complexes in several states i seriously wonder how well each of them are doing Lastly just in case you looking in the Commerce Georgia area the same company owns Jackson Hills as well Do not be fooled by the 5 star non tenant reviews more ... hide ...
