The point of this review is to make aware that unless you are truly a senior citizen living in a senior retirement place could cause you unnecessary problems With that said I love April in the office If not for her patience and undertanding i doubt id still be herenShes very patient when dealing with problem tenants She works with you with any issue you may have Chris the maintenance guy is friendly and takes care of any repairs in a timely manner BUTnIf youre on the younger side say 5560 like i am be aware of nosy watching everything you do complaining miserable running to the manager for every little thing neighbors who will make your life miserable just because they can And dont make them mad they will look for things to run to management with such as me putting up sun shades on my pationWhich of course are still there because they are allowednnI have little experience with other tenants except to say ive met a few nice people I just wasnt fortunate to get them as neighborsnAfter being here for 3 years ive decided im not ready for a retirement setting Im guessing im probably the youngest tenant i still work have a life and dont have time for petty people with nothing else to do If you dont have time to babysit the parking spots outside if you like sunbathing if you have A dog and im emphasizing one dog over 10 lbs have family that likes to visit you and park in a tenants usual spot unknowingly or you like vacuuming out your vehicle in broad daylight etc etc etc this place may not be for younAnd they will actually come to your door and tell you to move your family members car There are no assigned parking spots in this communitynAll of that being said these are very nice affordable apartmentsnId also like to add maybe the tenants who live here need to reread or just read the tenant handbook to become refamiliarized with the rules nLive and let livenIts really not that difficultnCausing problems is not peaceful more ... hide ...
