For the pass two months my mama has had little to no water pressure I have been bringing her clothes to my house to wash and her over here to shower She has been getting the runaround from the complex Her water bill has been 80 plus for the last two months almost tripled the normal amount I have called she has called So this week they finally got it fixed I 2018-10-04T15:17:56Z

I lived on this property on Baxter Avenue for a year During my stay there were well over 4 property managers and when the new ones came not once was there notification to the tenants of the changes My AC unit stopped working several times July 2018 September 2018 May 2019 and each time I was told by maintenance that I would have to wait until the next day 2019-10-03T22:43:21Z
I lived on this property on Baxter Avenue for a year During my stay there were well over 4 property managers and when the new ones came not once was there notification to the tenants of the changes My AC unit stopped working several times July 2018 September 2018 May 2019 and each time I was told by maintenance that I would have to wait until the next day for him to come out Also upon moving in the property manager did her job by doing the walk through with me and noticing things that needed work Even after mentioning to new property management as well as maintenance because each time he would see me he would say that he hasnt forgotten about what needed to be done it NEVER was done In March 2019 I began to see mice in my apartment I contacted management and they contacted pest control When pest control arrived they saw the openings and advised management and maintenance to close I was told by maintenance that he did not want to close the openings for the mice to die inside the walls perhaps So they were NEVER closed and mice continued to run through my unit with the glue traps down that pest control had left I asked maintenance were any other units having issues with mice and he told me no and that I was the only unit My last and final problem was July 2019 and there was a bad thunderstorm During this storm I happened to look over at my window then at the floor There was the biggest puddle of water coming into my apartment from the base boards where my electrical plugs were located I contacted maintenance and was told that he wasnt on the clock and that I needed to just put towels down I then saw the property manager outside and continued to yell her name while she looked at me she got in her car and left the premises The next day I was moving my things out That was a true hazard and things could have went completely bad Its quiet living but its not worth the hassle of poor maintenance different property managers AC going out mice running around or water issues more ... hide ...
