I can honestly say my experience hasnt been the best out here Granted its not that bad out here It takes them forever to fix things around here My heat stopped working a few days before Halloween On October 28 I put in a work order stating my problem The next morning one of the maintenance men came and worked on unitnI will say this I dont remember his name but one maintenance guy stayed out here his entire shift and then some He tried fixing on it Im sure until about 6630 so I thank him for thatnUpon leaving he said that a part had to be ordered and it would be in that following Monday or Tuesday 1122021 or 1132021 Nobody has come to look at it sincenIt is now Friday November 12 2021 Im still without heat Nobody has come to look at it since and do you think they care I called the leasing agent and reminded her of the issue I dont know if she forgot but either way she said she would called me back and I havent heard from anyone since I dont know what to do I guess file a complaint with the BBB if I can and Ill have to find the information for local code enforcement and see where that takes me But yea its not the most terrible place to stay but I wouldnt recommend from my experiencenn2022 Update Long story short I ended up not renewing my lease I remain without heat until I moved out at the end of February Oh and dont even think about your security deposit you wont be getting that back My lawyer still try to make contact with the office with no answer So I guess well just have to take them to court n These picture show where I would try to set my heat and as you can see my apartment never reached above 60 degrees more ... hide ...

I applied for an apartment here probably four months ago I did it online and as I was doing it I did a request online to do a walk through of the apartment I was set up an appointment but when I got there the woman in the office was looking at me like what was I doing there and told me they had no apartment ready for a walk through Im not from Milledgeville 2021-10-19T13:36:43Z
I applied for an apartment here probably four months ago I did it online and as I was doing it I did a request online to do a walk through of the apartment I was set up an appointment but when I got there the woman in the office was looking at me like what was I doing there and told me they had no apartment ready for a walk through Im not from Milledgeville so that was a wasted trip for nothing A few weeks passed and another lady called me very nice and more professional than the one I saw at the rental office She asked me was I still interested in the apartment My credit score was high my income was good and I dont have a criminal background She told me she was getting the apartment ready and would have it ready by the end of July beginning August When that time came no word from them so I contacted the lady back that called me She said something about having to go to court to evict the person there and would have more information by that following Monday That was the beginning of August and it is October now and till this day I never heard back from these people I was in a life or death situation and really needed this apartment and they never came through Thank God I was able to find somewhere else to go I dont know how the apartments are because I never heard from them again but they lack customer service though more ... hide ...
