Ive lived here since Feb 2020 The first year was great after that we have had problems after problems I went without a stove for almost 6 months and entire summer with no AC busted hot water heater twice and have now been calling and texting their so called maintenance for over an hour for having no water I have a 2 year old that is now in an uninhabitable h

I have been here for two years now and so far I have not had any major problems that were not resolved I can say that maintenance could be a little better but once you communicate with the office they put forth the effort to get your issues or concerns handled It is quiet for the most part in my opinion being a single mom affordable

I do not recommend living here The walls are very thin you can hear everything other people are doing in their apartments They did a remodel and are up charging This place is not worth the price they are up charging to The washer and dryer is suppose to go in the kitchen The air is really loud so if you want to watch tv I suggest watching it in your room Som

I do not recommend living here The walls are very thin you can hear everything other people are doing in their apartments They did a remodel and are up charging This place is not worth the price they are up charging to The washer and dryer is suppose to go in the kitchen The air is really loud so if you want to watch tv I suggest watching it in your room Some people that live over here are nasty and have trash just spilled everywhere and dont clean it Sometimes the maintenance people get sent to your door without a notice If you have maintenance issues it might take a while for maintenance to get to you or the front office just doesnt answer the phone The doors are very raggedy the whole foundation of the building is old and raggedy The only thing that is good is that you dont have to pay for gas or water
