I dont see whats new If anything theyve gotten WORSE I visited some friends who live there they both complained of things not being fixed I see evidence of why In 1 unit you have to wear shower shoes in the kitchen because water has been leaking so much so long that they cant keep the water up They asked that I not use the downstairs bathroom but another was using the upstairs restroom I couldnt wait so i used it only to almost slip fall lucky I didnt cause I keep a lawyer on retainer the flooring slides from so much water underneath them ruined a good pair of slippers of mine by the way the walls are visibly wet from the water running working its way up the wall you can HEAR water when you tip toe around see the attached pics I snuck took but the worst of ityou can SMELL SEE MOLD I asked if theyd reported it they answered SEVERAL times but maintenance doesnt really fix anythingNO EXCUSE If he cant a company can I placed my hand underneath the sofa to NO surprise the carpet is SOAKED and I can only imagine the damage to the furniture I told them although I appreciate the dinner invite I wont be returning until the water is properly extracted dried leak repaired MOLD REMOVED They may not care that their management doesnt care about their health I now understand why theyre always coughing but I value mine From what Ive seen in these 2 units my own visits I allow anyone I cared for here more ... hide ...
