I seen the now leasing sign Ive called at lease 5060 times in the last week No answer I emailed no response and Ive actually went to the office and was told by your leasing staff that it was closed while she was letting someone else in She stated they would open at 4 and this was at 12pm Ive never heard of someone taking a 4hour lunch Even when I called afte 2021-10-12T20:18:38Z

Move here back in 2018 Ive had 5 different landlords the one we have now Wont even answer the phone so if you have a work order or a complaint You best write a note and drop it in the drop box like you do the rent All 4 yrs hasnt been bad but the neighbors that stay above me now has been the rudest Her family like to drop the childs off her apartment and t 2022-02-21T23:25:01Z

The manager Melbra I recently moved into a house but let me share what I witnessed Provence LLC must be desperate for managers because this lady came from Alabama or some near by state to Atlanta She did her stealing shenanigans there and now shes here She tried to get her boyfriend to move here with her but hes too smart for that hell just exploit her for cash and she steals from the company to support his trips wineing dinning she calls him love theres a pic of him in her office area she tried to get him a job working on the premises of Pinebrooke the boyfriend is married and a felon which is no problem im just pointing out facts Shes stealing and the company cant even catch her doing it shes just that manipulative but the married con boyfriend made her buy him a new HVAC unit Speaking of which she makes maintenance shut off the HVAC units in the residents apartments when they are running a lil behind on rent thats so low and illegal I witnessed neighbors being illegally evicted and then the resident had to be given more time because Melbra tried to take the law in her own hands She works for Delta also pushing people in wheelchairs and she is currently under investigation at delta for fraud for allowing a known felon who is not a relative and does not reside in her household and has no legal ties to her to be on her flying privilege list She tries to cut side deals with vendors to pocket some of the money She turns the residents and employees against eachother making everyone dislike or distrust eachother so she can look like the good guy This is called devide and conquer Now we all understand why she needed surgery on her face someone Cleary tried to cut the evil out of her Shes also showing early signs of dementia so get everything in writting from her She exploited me by always wanting us to bring her food from my work she want others to help her get perks from the companies they work for also She spoke to many people about ways to steal from a company without them knowing Demand receipts from her always If you are on section 8 she will try to give your apartment to someone else if section 8 takes to long because she must get her commission from all the apartmemts she rents asap again to help support her habit The gay guy thats probably still in the office with her she says hes a snake and cant be trusted but she says that about everyone RATS ROACHES SPIDERS MURDERS STEALING MANAGER WEAK CORPORATE PERSON NAMED ARTYou name it this property has it to offer absolutely NOTHING BUT A BAD EXPERIENCE Do not move here ONLY two maintenance people and you have to wait weeks and months to get something fixed Needs to be some unexpected MANDATORY drug testing done ASAP When I get finished reporting to the different agencies that property will have new management the right management that cares The only one thats responsible out there that the residents likes and appreciate is the one thats dark skinned maintenance guy and drives the black sports car more ... hide ...
