I sign a lease at highland estates apartments in Rome Georgia in January of 2018 In 2020 the rent increased 20 in March of 2020 The covid struck and we lost all amenities in March In 2021 the rent increased 35 Now it is April the 23rd 2021 and we still have no amenities open On April the 8th the governor of Georgia reopened Georgia with some safety measures

Avoid these apartments at all costs They are literally infested from top to bottom with roaches and while youre sleeping youll become a nice snack for the bedbugs Ceilings are leaking and caving in Walls are caked with weird stains they try to cover with paint Appliances never work properly Carpet is cheap and paper thin Overall worst place in rome to let be

Good people with working families who need a place to start but bad seeds running rampant Cleanup would be easy No residents with a prior eviction or criminal background can live here especially those receiving Section 8

Warning nMost of the good comments here are fake the management here is horrible they are misleading and not worth it they are lazy and never want to fix anything but are quick to up rent on everyone with no logical reason and will do there best to push you past ur breaking point If you are looking into these the best ADVICE I can give you is to just dont

Warning nMost of the good comments here are fake the management here is horrible they are misleading and not worth it they are lazy and never want to fix anything but are quick to up rent on everyone with no logical reason and will do there best to push you past ur breaking point If you are looking into these the best ADVICE I can give you is to just dont in the end you will regret it They have had 5 different property managers in the last 7 months and everytime they switch or fire a property manager they lose important information that tenants report and rent goes up Id start clear of this place only wish I would have known how dirty they do people
