Dont waste your time booking a tour or considering this place I booked a tour on their website got a confirmation email AND text got there the leasing office was Open but locked so I knocked on the door a lady stared at me for a long period of time without acknowledging so I told her through the closed door that we had an appointment in which she walked up t 2022-06-21T02:58:51Z
Dont waste your time booking a tour or considering this place I booked a tour on their website got a confirmation email AND text got there the leasing office was Open but locked so I knocked on the door a lady stared at me for a long period of time without acknowledging so I told her through the closed door that we had an appointment in which she walked up to the door and turned the open sign to closed right in front of me Then she told me that booking a tour means youll take a virtual tour aka watch a video on their website This was never disclosed in the multiple confirmations and there is no logic to schedule watching a video online So rude unwelcoming and unclear I feel sorry for anyone that signs a lease more ... hide ...

Thank you for reaching out to us we value all our residents and strive to make the community a fantastic place to call home I agree that the model home is amazing It has been renovated with stainless steel appliances all new brushed nickel accented fixtures new faux wood vinyl plank flooring and it was professionally decorated It is reasonable to assume that a vacant model home can show less signs of wear than an apartment that has been regularly occupied however our staff takes extreme care in preparing each apartment for occupancy and we consistently strive for excellence A member of management would value the opportunity to schedule an inhome visit and discuss available options to resolve your concerns Having a member of our staff go with the pest control technician while they are performing scheduled quarterly service in your home can easily be arranged by sending an email to the rental office We look forward to speaking with you more ... hide ...
