The Lady in the office is charging 75 dollars illegally for people to be placed on the waiting list for these apartments I only gave 3 stars because the complex is nice However her attitude was not up to proper standard for as customer service

The residence is beautiful and looks like it was just built The staff is excellent and Welcoming The amenities are great I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and loved ones

I am a 5 year resident of this community and love it here Although it is family friendly it is also a quiet and clean community which is the icing on the cake The children play outside during the day but you dont find loitering out at night During my residency here the portor would come through the community in the mornings and make sure any debris was picked up so that you enjoy the environment you live in It is a community for responsible families meaning that the rules are enforced and you must maintain your apartment and outer area with cleaniness The community really looks likes the pictures 98 of the time Another plus is the staff who are always kind and welcoming yet professional Vivian in the office is the absolute BEST New management has taken over the property and I fully expect that they property will be remain cared for with the high standards that were in place I am hoping that the apartments will soon have the hardwood floors in all the units The waitlist is worth it more ... hide ...
