Service submissionsnn1 Heatuseable stove topn2 Toilet still wont flush bedroom both did not flush the first weekend Took 2 weeks to get the other bathroom workingn3 Disposal installation was never installed constant clogs even though no food was placed in theren4 Cabinet in kitchen replacement fell off hinges when openedn5 Sprayer in kitchen still sticking and wont turn off 80 of the time I dont even care anymoren6 Hall toilet lid is half off We tried to screw it back right as its an easy fix but it seems it is stripped Fixedn7 Outlet in end hall guest bedroom when walk in on right wall does not work No clue why Maybe all the outlets should be tested to make sure they are all working and you all dont need to keep coming out This is 3 sets of outlets that do notdid not work This was fixedn8 If the front door is not locked immediately any wind blows it open Our cat was lost for a week I forgot to lock it fixedn9 No heating element in the apartment said our nest installer took it He never came in with tools It was never there Not working since day one not fixedn10 Shower will only bring very hot water until its left close to shut off so We can take a non scalding showern11 For almost 2 weeks we have had no power to half of our apartment I was told to rent a hotel as Insurance covers it Yeah but we cannot afford out of pocketnnIf we had these complaints a few months in I get it This is in 3 weeks time We are stuck here so we have another year to go Also the pool is out of commission until 2013 Dont we pay extra for the use of that commodity Yet still charged fornnIm disappointed we were moved into an apartment that was not move in readynnI will say everyone is super nice but not exactly speed in getting issues fixed I made the mistake of thinking the pool worked when I signed Theres a hole that needed to be plugged but they decided to remodel it all Its my only exercise I can do since my spinal surgerynnThe price is too high for the out of date broken down apartments I moved into an apetymrnt that had writing All over the floors and walls of our front doornnI dont doubt they are inundated with requests as Im sure every apartment has similar issues Somethings gotta give more ... hide ...

As far as pricing and quiet surroundings you will find that here This complex is very unprofessional My husband and I have been tenants here for a year We have been late on rent 1 time out the year every other time weve paid rent a month in advance On Wednesday my husband went to the leasing office to renew our lease he is a truck driver and is always away They inform him that they have leased out apt for the following month and did not inform us nor send out documentation that our lease needs to be renewed They informed us that day April 3 we had to be out of our apt on April 31st Very unprofessional Also our time being here my husband and I would come home off the road and lights would be on that we didnt leave on Maintenance would go in our apt without our knowledge and wouldnt inform us that they had been there They have even been though our things before The maintenance man is very rude When we first moved in they would come in the apt with out asking They walked in one time and I wasnt even presentable for company Over all experience here was un satisfying The property management acts like the police going in your home without your knowledge more ... hide ...
