DO NOT MOVE HERE My fianc son and I moved into a two bedroom apartment last Wednesday Paying the price of a newly renovated apartment and expecting to get what we were seeing online and it is NOTHING that this property advertises There is water damage all over the apartment especially under the cabinets there was mold and mildew all over all the windows and window seals up until yesterday there was mold behind where they installed the dishwasher bathroom cabinets look like theyll cave in from a fly sitting on them so much water damage they painted our cabinets with oil paint and they ALL have the dripping but dried look electrical issues holes that were just caulked over and not repaired countless plumbing issues peeling paint ALL over doors wont close or secure EVERY sink was leaking and one STILL is even though they were suppose to take care of it today carpet is messed up but it was suppose to be brand new master shower head sprays onto the bathroom floor NO stainless steel appliances electrical outlets arent even on the walls correctly had to call for my water lines on washer toilet seat and handle are yellow and the seat is too big for the toilet DONT expect a microwave even though you can see it clear as day in the pictures advertised Corporate wont respond Ive made 4 initial phone calls already Granite counter top is not secured to the cabinets Every bit of trim and molding looks like it came from an old apartment and placed in ours We still havent received mailbox keys The only person that has helped and really been a saving grace at this point is Alea Keller She has done EVERYTHING she is capable of doing as a leasing agent and trys to go the extra mile as often as she can so much is out of her hands at this point though If you can find somewhere else to lease Id advise you do so and save yourself the headache and stress

Went by at about 1030 am no employee present Happened to speak with a resident who was coming out she gave me some good information Apparently their looking to HIRE someone to work the office I called to get on the WAITLIST which the sign says is 3 years long could not get on the list no room in the mailbox to leave a message If they need a good dependable e
