Id give them zero stars if possible Absolute worst place Ive ever lived Had Rats for over two months and they did nothing Didnt have smoke detectors for two months No working HVAC unit still and Ive been here four months Only time maintenance shows up is if you put rent in escrow and involve lawyers Oh and they only seem to have trash removed once every 23 w

I have been a resident here at The Greens at Stonecreek for about 6 months now and staying here has been such a pleasure The Leasing Manager Ebony is great She makes her self available and is prompt when it comes to handling matter related to my lease and all maintenance requests have been taken care of the same day If they do have to come back to repair something at a later time they always show up when they are supposed to do so Ebony also sends out notices regularly to keep the residents informed in regards to what is going on in the complex and I appreciate it alot No pest yet and the complex is kept clean and for the most part its quiet I have sincerely enjoyed living here thus far
