I LOVE this community Its well maintained quiet and they even schedule monthly familyfriendly eventsactivities for residents to get acquaintednnI came from another apartment complex that had very poor management in every aspect from the appearance of the communitymaintenance to the unprofessional attitudes of the women in the leasing office etc Although I made the best of living in that dingy community for years I sadly never cared to call it home It just makes me appreciative even more so to live within a community that actually caresnnI am sincerely grateful that Jennifer and the other leasing agents are understanding professional personable and friendly They including the maintenance crew are always smiling Maintenance gets my calledin requests done in a very timely mannernFor the most part Ive observed that most residents seem to also show respect in keeping our community clean and safennPlantation Ridge Apartments is located only minutes from the Mall of Georgia and the school district has really good ratings Google it LoL I also like that Im close to downtown Sugar Hill Buford and Suwanee to partake in city eventsnnI will admit that rent is a bit high but according to the National Low Income Housing Coalition the fair market rent is what it is for 23 bedrooms I will conclude in saying that at least youre getting what you pay for here Highly recommendnnOverall I am happy Ive finally found a lovely place to call HOME more ... hide ...
