I came across this location due to the area being convenient to local stores and bus line As I proceeded to meet someone who is employed with this location I requested information on how can I be a tenant The person on site said her name was Bren She had no business card to reach her for further assistance I actually arrive on the premises during normal business hours but was told they were temporarily close at the moment But Bren was eager to speak with me and give me information on steps to become a tenant What bothered me about our interaction was Bren insisted on telling me that there were no vacancy at the moment but soon she will be having one open due to a eviction that is in process Bren continued to let me know that it is 50 year old woman who has her 25 year son that lives with her along with the son baby mama and a child and also a cat I believe that first impressions as management should conduct themself in a professional matter and withhold information regarding the tenants personal matters In fact this is the reason I feel I should not fill out the application due to the unprofessional state of mind of the representative of this property has reacted in a poorly manner I hope this information finds the right representative who can speak with Bren on being more professional when future residents comes around I believe this matter will effect the business if Bren continues to share personal information of the residents of the property The ratings could go up more if there was more respect for the individuals of the property more ... hide ...

No maintenance no property manager on site in over two years Crime on property is horrible they never answer the phone for anything old apartments Only care about rent and raising rent And neighbors are loud and you see different people on the the property walking around that dont live here Plus thats not including the shootings just recently happened pleas 2022-07-06T23:34:00Z
