NEW TENANT ALERT nI called in late August early September looking for a 2 Bedroom apartment when I called the Leasing Manager Mrs Lauren was exceptionally pleasant but stated they would not have anything for at least 6 months My lease at my current apartment was due to end December 31 2021 I work in Lawrenceville and lived in Stone Mountain and have been driving 45 minutes each way every day Last year I had brain surgery and desperately needed to be closer to my employer I prayed on it One day I woke up and said Im going to give it another try I called again the end of September just to double check and BOOM Mrs Lauren said We just had something open up for November Do you know I was so happy and excited that I didnt care about paying 2 rent amounts at 2 places just so I wouldnt let this opportunity pass me by Mrs Lauren is very inviting and caring in every way As soon as I put my application in within days I was approved I came to view the apartment and so many people came out to introduce themselves and welcome me to the neighborhood I moved in November 14 2020 and dont regret a thingnMy entire stairwell neighbors are GREATnI must say not only are my neighbors great The entire Leasing Team are excellent Michael the maintenance man is so sweet and takes care of business My apartment is very spacious and clean My daughter absolutely loves it If youre looking to move here you wont be disappointed I feel at home now more ... hide ...

I just started a new job like this week I called the office to ask if I can pay rent later this month towards the end because I wont get paid for 2 weeks The office told me that the latest I could pay was the 18th and the 19th they would go to the courthouse to file an eviction notice I believe that is just piss poor for a complex to not even give you a chan 2019-07-13T15:11:41Z
