My family has lived here for almost 4 years and it has been mainly a positive experience Great apartments with nice sized rooms A playground and a large area in the back where there is a medium box community garden benches and a small gazebo The parking lot is a decent size the biggest problem with parking is people dont park in front of their building and 2020-07-13T15:10:25Z
My family has lived here for almost 4 years and it has been mainly a positive experience Great apartments with nice sized rooms A playground and a large area in the back where there is a medium box community garden benches and a small gazebo The parking lot is a decent size the biggest problem with parking is people dont park in front of their building and do not have guest that stay the night park in the designated area which often limits acess The management is very nice My biggest complaint concerning management is its hard to tell when they are actually in office Mainly because the sign usually is flipped to closed and little to no lights are on I also know that the manager also runs the sister site in blairsville so I try to be understanding Maintaince does a wonderful job of keeping the grounds clean and fixing things in your apartment within days of the work order being placed and while we have had issues that have remained unresolved they can be worked around for the most part My only other concern is they seem to switch property owners a lot which often causes unexpected rule change and sometimes rent to go up There is a small exercise room limited equipment but most of it works and a laundry room but Ive heard you have to pay to use it like a laundry Matt not sure Ive never used it Majority of the people are nice and stay to themselves in our building anyway and I have enjoyed living here more ... hide ...
