The landlords claim that these apartments are smokefree but many tenants smoke on the grounds and in their units I often smell smoke inside my unit in the evening on weekends and when it rains Sometimes it smells like cigarette smoke and sometimes like illegal substances Not sure exactly which units are producing the smoke but it is definitely coming from th
