We lived there for three years and I was actually sad to go even though we had bought our first house and were super excited about it Management was always kind and quick to help with issuesnThe only reason I dont give five stars is if you have a problem with bugs or snakes dont move into one of the apartments on the side of the canal Its not really the apartments fault its just a natural consequence of living so close to water but there are loads of beetles earwigs and water snakes in the spring and there is nothing to be done about it since the canal is not owned by the apartments I had to call the mosquito abatement District myself every year when the mosquitoes would get out of control but again it was a natural consequence of the canal I would live there again more ... hide ...

Very outdated walls and ceilings are paper thin so prepare for 0 silence constant dog barking hearing every footstep above you like elephants Should be torn down Fancy stuff
