I currently live at this place I have had to put in 5work orders in the last 5 months I lived here We moved in they told us that the rent situation was going to be high temporary but only for a a month then it will later be lowered When I asked about it they sent me a rude email telling me that their was nothing they can do about it For a place are that is s 2019-08-24T03:09:09Z
I currently live at this place I have had to put in 5work orders in the last 5 months I lived here We moved in they told us that the rent situation was going to be high temporary but only for a a month then it will later be lowered When I asked about it they sent me a rude email telling me that their was nothing they can do about it For a place are that is supposed to be feaderal funded they sure dont help out people with a family of with one income we have to put a lot things on hold every month just to make the rent We are wanting to move out of this place ASAP I was a good place to live but the manager got fired for health reasons she really tried to help us and the new person they hired is never in office Work orders takes a few weeks to get done If your a family with one income look for a better place Plus they are only supposed to do inspection of the unit ever 6months and the first 30days of moving in I have had a lot more inspection then that and for someone that is paying full price for a unit I feel as if I shouldnt have to stress myself to make sure everything is super clean If I want to have candles out I need to make sure they are put away before they come in more ... hide ...

I wish their Landscapers would would do their job and rake up their fall leaves and dispose of them correctly as my husband did this past Sunday We rake up all of the leaves from THEIR tree in our yard and never say anything about it Then their Landscapers BLOW all the leaves from the apartment side over the fence and into our yard creating a new mess Com 2018-10-30T20:23:09Z
