It will be exciting to see what they do to this historic building once the renovations are completed Especially the top floors since I heard those will be more luxury market rate apartmentsnnUpdate 22520nI got to tour the building a few weeks ago during the open house after all the renovations were done They truly made this building a piece of historic artnnThey have apartments on the first floor all the way to the top 5th floor On the bottom they have built to suit space ready to be leased out for commercial space The apartments range from studios to 3 bedroom Laundry room is in the basement with a waitingkids area along with extra storagennThe only thing I see being an issue is they have less parking spaces than they do units parking is also first come first serve so I can see that being pretty trickynnThese apartments are Income Based and NOT low incomesection 8 housing There is a big difference so dont get them mixed upnnWhen I was there for the open house they said they only had 2 apartments left meaning these are a hot commoditynnIts exiting to see new life be put back into downtown and I feel this project is the start to something way more for downtown redevelopment more ... hide ...

Very nice newly remodeled apartments A new smell every day Love having a pool to swim in whenever you want Nice managers too
