She was very helpful and helped me with the questions i didnt understand she really made me feel welcome and Im hoping to get me and my kids in a unit asap it will feel great to be in a place and not homeless especially how welcoming she made me feel manager is a great person

These apartments are nice Apartments you will find when you first move in on on you own and there are people who are not nice just like anyone else the landlord cant do anything about anything when I mean they mean is the one of the wheels is that parents are supposed to watch their kids while theyre playing on there is only a few adults doing that

I am rather picky when it comes to moving into a new home Ive had an interest in moving to Jerome for several months and The Oaks were referred to me a while back Over the last few months I have read all of the reviews and Ive stopped by the office to speak with the manager on several occasions As someone who believes in open and honest communication I have invested a lot of time asking her question after question She has continued to remain friendly honest and patient with me even with the many difficult questions I have presented to her These properties appear to look nice and well maintained Im sure if people accept to move into one of these homes then they are also accepting the rules that come along with it When it is my turn I will be excited for the opportunity to move into one of these homes at The OaksnManagement and properties Both accepted by a difficult critic more ... hide ...

If I could give this place a zero star rating I wouldnThe landlord is rude and does not care about her tenants I moved in with my boyfriend And she knew I was a domestic violence victim and ran from the area my ex was And it took her FOUR months to add me to the lease And we only found out that I was not the lease due to her trying to eviction ususeven thoug 2020-05-10T18:20:16Z
If I could give this place a zero star rating I wouldnThe landlord is rude and does not care about her tenants I moved in with my boyfriend And she knew I was a domestic violence victim and ran from the area my ex was And it took her FOUR months to add me to the lease And we only found out that I was not the lease due to her trying to eviction ususeven though we were paying in advance for the next month Then after we were caught up and paying in advancesomehow wenGot behind again and we were payin in advancewe tried to move out and she never answered her phoneor if she did she painted us in the worst possible light as tenantswe had issues with another Tennant that was making our life hell and were trying to leave due to it and we needed a bigger placenour water heater died as well as ouasr ac unit and it took two weeks to get them replaced in the middle of a heat wave And it took cps stepping in to get it to happenhappennIt took three months to get a new fridge and only after I threatened to take the rent money and go out and get a new fridge and put it in ourselves and we would take it when we leftthe next day we had a new fridgeand this was afafter both me n my boyfriend put in multiple repair requests All that maintenance man did was turn the know for the temperature in n the freezerwhich I flat out told him I did And the freon unit in the fridge was dyingnn100 the worst place to live ever and it is not even worth the priceprice they are putting them atnnOur landlord even posted our rent payment 3 WEEKS lateand it happened all the timenDo NOT GO HERE more ... hide ...
