The apartments are clean well maintained and comfortable Utilities are low the place is ideal for students and the manager Randy is awesome

Our heater had not been working for over a month mind you this was during the winter time After reaching out multiple times maintenance refused to fix it or call a professional and told us to go buy space heaters We were also told to stop calling them about it because it is not an emergency and 4050 degrees is perfectly livable There were many more problems 2021-03-20T22:41:55Z

The ladies in the office are just so amazing nice and welcoming They are truly willing to work with their renters and I love the apartments I so cant wait to move innnEdit I moved in and while I do love my apartment I wish I would have chosen an apartment on the second or third floor the person living above me walks like an elephant banging things around in 2022-06-06T05:34:45Z
